"Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pressure of the showerhead...something that isn't usually the best in a hotel room. Breakfast selections were numerous and delicious. Enjoyed the evening kickbacks as well. Appreciated the secure parking garage. Only thing not up to par was something was spilled in the hallway that wasn't vacuumed over three days. Overall, a great experience and would 100% stay here again!"

"Gail at the front desk was super nice and helpful at check in. They offer 3 free drinks (beer or wine) per person between 5:30-7pm plus snacks (we had nachos, chips and pretzels. There's also a popcorn machine with free popcorn between 4:30-8pm and a free soda fountain. The free parking garage was super convenient. Pool was warm and the restaurant on site had pretty good food. Complimentary breakfast had a lot of options including waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage patties, muffins, bagels, yogurt, 3 different juices, the coffee was typical hotel coffee (not drinkable). Our room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom needs some updates but the shampoo, conditioner and soap dispenser in the shower was nice. We would definitely stay here again, our 10th floor room was around $140 for mother's Day weekend. A short walk or drive to union station and a short drive to the zoo. The staff we encountered were the nicest hotel staff I've ever had."

"Decent for a night or two, but overall just okay. The walls are very thin, and quiet hours didn’t seem to be enforced. Check-in was confusing — we arrived around midnight to locked doors and had to call someone to get in since staff is only onsite from 8 AM to 8 PM. We were originally told mobile check-in with a credit card was an option, but that never seemed to work properly. On top of that, the $150 incidental hold felt excessive for a budget hotel. Housekeeping was minimal, and we had to request fresh towels each day. Service overall was mid."

"Staff is slow at the restaurants and could be friendly along with a couple of gals that did room service as far as friendliness. Rooms are a bit dated but hotel is pretty. The popcorn was awful at the movies but really fun thing to do as far as watching movies there."

"Hotel is beautiful and it’s right in the middle of all the activities (ropes course, rides, mini golf, etc…). I made the mistake of taking the train from the airport thinning the hotel was accessible directly from the union station stop. It is not. I had to carry suitcases up stairs and I walked into the aquarium entrance where a very sweet and kind information services lady took me to the hotel side via a short cut. You need a room key to utilize the shortcut tho so had it not been for her I would have had to walk a block or so around. Not a big deal but with a little kid, not ideal. The hotel is huge and spread out a but within the old train station but the facilities were really nice, all the attractions were clean and fun. Overall I’d highly recommend it. One thing to note, the pool was closed - no water in it at all (not sure why)? Doesn’t seem it’s been used in a while."
