Stunning decor and attention to detail. Modern appliances and everything you need. Beds were super comfy with soft linen. "Had a lovely room on top floor with huge picture windows and great view of the river and the bridges. Room had all amenities and was spotless. Bed very comfortable. Not very many channels on the tv was the only negative to the room. Reception staff very helpful and welcoming at check in and provide all the necessary information required for your stay. Also very accommodating when I needed to contact them about a personal issue. Parking is very convenient with a lift straight down to the lobby. This was my third visit and I hope to visit again on my next trip to Newcastle."
