As soon as I check in to this hotel the entire lights in the building shut down. Which cause me to get stuck in the elevator for 10-15 minutes. Also the power wasn’t restored until later in that day. My reservation was cancelled by staff per request print out was giving.

For the price of this resort, I expected the pools hallways and room to be clean. The halls were littered with trash. The pools were very dirty and when we got into our room, there was empty fast food containers.

Lobby is ok. Outside roundabout areas unkept. Rooms are REALLY BAD for what we paid per night per room!!! I was VERY disappointed. I’ve stayed in much cleaner, newer hotels in Houston IAH area for much cheaper. I’ll never stay there again.
