The townhouse was very comfortable and immaculate. The location was perfect for us to visit family close by. We had everything we needed and will stay again next time we get to come to Colorado Springs.

Visit to meet new family member

This property worked really well for us in going to Colorado Springs to meet a new member of our family. It was very close to our family's house and also was very clean and well-appointed. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We'll go to visit family again and probably will see if this VRBO is available.

Very Comfortable and Clean

Our stay was very comfortable. We selected this home because it was near our older child and their fiancé. The home was very comfortable and convenient for us. Sheets were super comfy! The only comment I would leave is that typically when you rent a place, the dressers and clothes closets in the bedrooms are empty and ready to use and the fridge is completely clear and empty. It threw us off a bit because there was a substantial amount of food in the fridge as well as clothes in all the bedroom dresser drawers, so we lived out of our suitcases and texted the host about the situation with the food in the fridge. Tanya was very responsive about the food and gave us the go ahead to eat anything in the fridge which was nice. It would have been nice to have a BBQ grille available as well. Again, minor comments that doesn't affect my overall rating of the place. I would recommend this place to anyone and would rent here again for sure.
