To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the behavior of all individuals in their party.

SMOKING
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A minimum $300 penalty fee will be assessed for smoking violations during your stay.

MINIMUM AGE
Guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old and present at check-in. By booking your reservation, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability. Additional fees may apply.

SECURITY:
For security reasons, there are cameras on the exterior/outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.

For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.

*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late

Short weekend in Colorado Springs
This was a great place to while visiting Colorado Springs. Great location, just wish it hadn't been so cold and snowy the weekend we were there since the house is within walking distance to so much. The house itself was great had everything we needed. We did have some issues with internet that the host was able to quickly resolve. We also had issues with parking as the two front spaces are supposed to be reserved for the house but we often came home to people parked in the spaces. The only other issue we had was since the house is across from the arena, each night we came home they had the street blocked and would not allow us to enter, however we were able to find a "back" street to use to get onto the street. I would definitely book again if i come back to visit.

Thanksgiving in Colorado Springs
It was nice to stay in a large house with generations celebrating birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas together at once. The house was clean and warm. A few changes would make it more comfortable. A chest with a mirror in the bedrooms so that luggage could be unloaded and makeup and hair could be done would be nice. The only mirrors were in the bathrooms. A place to set toilertries in bathrooms would also be nice. Our son-in-law repaired the window shades so they would close. That made us think that a routine check by a handyman would be helpful.

Great Spot
Close to everything downtown if you wanted to take a brisk walk or short car ride. Great neighborhood and quiet, even though next to Colorado College. Property was clean and as described. Ease of access and communication was great. Highly recommend if looking for a trip to Colorado Springs!

We had a blast!
The house is unique and has the atmosphere of its own. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, which gave us an opportunity to have a good rest after a couple intense hikes. And it's also close to numerous hiking trails, hot springs and spas, parks, restaurants, stores and gift shops. The house offers you a comfy stay with everything you need to enjoy days spent there. Thank you for our awesome vacay! Hope to be back!

Beautiful home near many popular locations
This property instantly felt like “home” upon arrival. Kaitlyn was amazing with communicating, and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. This home was spotless, and had extensive amenities. I would recommend this property to anyone and if I ever do return to the area I will surely be staying here!!

Great location. Overall good value!
We were in town for an athletic event (world jump rope championships) being held at Ed Robson Center which was directly across the street. So the location was perfect!! The biggest downside of this property is the bathrooms. The main floor bathroom with walk-in shower is OK...but the shower itself is tiny!! Can't turn aroung in it without hitting the water valve and scalding yourself!! The upstairs bathroom has the clawfoot tub. What the pictures on the listing don't show is the inside of the tub is peeling and not very nice to stand in. Also, never located any bath mat for either bathroom...so standing on a wet slippery floor or using a bath towel... So both bathrooms defnitely need an upgrade!!!! Kitchen was adequate for our needs. Owner asked us to put out garbage on garbage day which was fine...however, owners at restaurant next door got very mad at us for putting garbage bins in wrong place!! Overall, this rental was well worth it!!
