Pikes peak vacation

Very nice place very clean and close to lots of things to do. Would definitely stay there again. Loved seeing the wild deer and turkey walking around. Very quiet snf peaceful after dark.

This place has a great location. Super close to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Incline, and historic Manitou Springs downtown. We also hiked at Red Rocks Open Space which we love and that was super close as well. Very short drives anywhere.

Great Little Cabin

This was a great place for our small group of three to stay. The bathroom is tiny, but we weren’t concerned by that because we’re all fairly short people. We were charmed being surrounded by wildlife in this location. We saw lots of deer and wild turkey.

Great spot for a getaway

Located just up the hill from downtown Manitou Springs and a short drive from Garden of the Gods, this spot was perfect for the quiet I needed to work on a personal project, as well as close enough for a few excursions. The cantina a few houses down is a must for anyone visiting; great staff and really good food. The cottage was easy to get to and had everything I needed, was clean and comfortable.

Everything was great-beds, location, price, near sites, amenities, etc. Would absolutely stay again. The fridge ice maker was the best I’ve ever seen. Decorated beautifully without excess. Saw deer several times a day in the front and in the back!

Good location in Manitou Springs

This compact property was very clean and has a great location. The air conditioning was a blessing, but the smallest bedroom, the one with the bunkbeds does not cool down like the rest of the rooms and stayed slightly uncomfortably warm, there was a fan in the closet of this room which helped. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and liked sitting in the rockers on the front porch and watching the neighborhood wildlife in the morning.

We have now stayed here 2 times! Bathroom sink is still VERY SMALL! (be careful not to hit your head on shelf when brushing teeth :-) Great to now have a microwave! Beds were comfortable! Fun to watch deer and other wild life from front porch.

We rented this property while we visited our kids and grand children and to celebrate our oldest grandaldaughters graduation. The place was clean and well stocked. The only negative we found was not knowing when to set out the trash for pickup.

Perfect Little Cabin

The size, location, and amenities were nearly perfect. We really cannot complain except it would be nice if the stove/oven had proper labels. Other than that, this place was perfect for our adult family. Two to three nights is the perfect length of stay for us at a place like this. Thank you for allowing us to check in early! We throughly enjoyed our stay!
