This 1,664-square-foot townhome is exclusively offered as a midterm rental, making it a great fit for guests who need a comfortable home for a month or longer. Whether you're in Colorado Springs for work, military relocation, a temporary assignment, or an extended transition, the home is fully furnished and priced with longer stays in mind.
The main floor features an open-concept layout connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for everyday cooking during an extended stay. Two barstools provide seating at the kitchen counter, while the dining table comfortably seats four.
The living room has comfortable couches and a large Smart TV, providing plenty of space to relax at the end of the day. Fast Wi-Fi makes it easy to stay connected, while central A/C keeps the home comfortable during warmer Colorado months.
A half bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor. From this level, guests also have direct access to the fenced backyard and attached 1-car garage, with additional parking available in the driveway.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, dresser, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom includes a double bed, dresser, and Smart TV, while the third bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and Smart TV.
Bedrooms two and three share a full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination. An in-unit washer and dryer are also conveniently located upstairs, making everyday routines simple throughout your monthly stay.
