Downtown Private 2 BDRM 1 BTH

  • Walk to Downtown restaurants, bars, breweries, and much more. House backs up to a neighborhood park with a playground, running and biking paths, and is a quarter-mile to the downtown strip. Despite being so close to downtown, this is a surprisingly private and quiet location. This is the lower unit to a beautifully restored, craftsman home, duplex in the best part of the city. Fully stocked kitchen,: coffee, cream, sugar, pots and pans, etc. for your mornings. Stove intentionally disabled but electric range and air fryer provided. Queen bed in one bedroom. A queen bed and twin bunk bed in the second bedroom. Additionally, the couch in the living room sleeps one adult if needed. There is a Roku hooked up to the living room television. High speed internet.
