About this space
Enjoy the lovely cozy tiny home in nature. This spectacular custom made tiny house will be perfect romantic getaway for a couple or a single person. Just 10 minutes away from all the restaurants and shops and 20 minutes from downtown beautiful Colorado Springs, 10 minutes from Air Force Academy. Very unique experience with lots of outdoor activities, hiking trails and relaxing atmosphere. Come and experience the beautiful tiny life and escape the reality in the nature
The space
The tiny home is one bedroom, downstairs you got a living room with kitchen and bathroom with toilet and the second floor is the bedroom. Outside is the patio with barbecue grill. You can use the 1.5 acres outside of the house

You have the gate access with private driveway and parking space at the front of the tiny home
Other things to note
The property is located on the private road and is very quiet area. No smoking on the property and no loud noises between 10pm to 6 am. Drink responsibly, No Pets aloud. I accommodate all my guests

What a Great Place to Stay! Martin is a wonderful host. This Tiny House was perfect, very clean, easy to locate & a nice parking area. We had a few deer pass thru early in the morning. We definitely will be back to stay again.

Peaceful and quiet

We loved the little home. Enjoyed the skylight over the bed. Went on walks each morning down the street. Kitchen was great for what we needed. Cooked breakfast both mornings.

Delightful Stay

This tiny house was the perfect place for a weekend getaway to Colorado Springs. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was great - close to hiking trails and other outdoor activities. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing place to stay in the area.

This cabin was absolutely adorable! I booked this as a surprise for my fiancé for his birthday and he loved it! Everything was incredibly clean. Having the ability to wake up to beautiful natural lighting and make ourselves some coffee or tea and sit infront of the electric fireplace was so nice. It was so cozy and the host was incredibly welcoming. We enjoyed getting to watch the snow fall outside through the windows, and loved just how welcoming/warm the space was. We are already talking about going back again in the future.

Honeymoon in the springs

Martin went above and beyond for us. Met us at check in and was always there to make sure our stay was amazing. The house was amazing! And very well decorated. We enjoyed our stay with a great view of the mountains. It was very quiet and we caught some snow on our last days there. He had all the little things provided that we might be needing like seasonings , condiments , coffee, and much more. My husband and I loved our stay ♥️

Clean and COMFY!

My fiance and I stayed at the tiny home after flying in from MN. The owner was so accommodating after our flight was delayed two times and had to keep changing our check in time. Martin's communication was so professional, he was a great and responded quickly. The tiny home had everything we needed, and was super comfortable and very clean. The linens were the best part! Seriously the softest bedding I've ever experienced. Absolutely would recommend and would stay again!

Anniversary Trip

The tiny house was absolutely beautiful! Built to perfection, every little detail thought out! Its tucked away in the Black forest for peace and quiet! Beautiful barn with horses across the road. Great placement for watching the sunrise and sunset! The tiny house was fully stocked with whatever you might need! The house was extremely clean and comfortable! Martin was a great host! Quick to respond for any need! Definitely one of our top stays using Vrbo! Absolutely wonderful! l!

Gorgeous Getaway

This tiny home was perfect for our short stay in CO. It was conveniently located for us just about 20-30mins from downtown CO Springs. The only "negative" I would say is there were not window coverings that offered privacy in the main area. Though, both the bedroom and bathroom had privacy so no real issue. Our host was so nice and gave us a little tour when we first got there. You are a stones throw from his main house so if you need anything, he is right there for you. We will definitely be back.

We loved our tiny home stay! Martin, our host, was very kind and accommodating, and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for us, rural with beautiful nature and mountain views, but no more than 15 minutes from a suburban area with a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The home was cozy and comfortable. We loved morning coffee on the deck. When we come back to the area, we would definitely stay there again.
