Lovely Cabin

Great location, close to nature and downtown Colorado Springs! Just a few minutes to lots of trails and great hiking. The cottage had everything I needed for my month-long stay. Clean and nicely decorated. Very nice hosts, who stayed in communication wime.ththrougthroughoyr my stay

Cozy and clean little cottage

The cottage was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay. This was located in the perfect spot and we even had Mule Deer in the backyard a few times! So much fun.

Perfect place for a quick wedding weekend

This property was perfect! We were visiting Colorado Springs for a wedding at the Broadmoor, and this location could not have been more ideal! Close to everything, and clean and cozy!!

Lovely Cottage

We absolutely loved it here!!! It was so cute and quiet and there were so many thoughtful touches in the house. They had games, brochures of things to do in the area, books, etc. we would 100% stay here again!!

One of the best cottages I have stayed. Very near to garden of gods. Occasional deer makes your day more lovely. A small backyard makes it more wonderful.

Cozy cottage

This cozy cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to get to many locations. With rhe wonderful stratton open space only a quater mile away mtb and hiking adds to this location. The deer in the evening and morning was an added bonus.

Base Station in Colorado Springs

Recent stay to visit Manitou Springs area, the Broadmoor cottage made a great base. Located within 15 minutes from many day adventures in the area. We had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond and take care of any issues we needed. Perfect fr two.

A fantastic hideaway very close (13 min walk) to the Broadmoor Hotel, yet it feels like you're a world away. Very comfortable, in great condition, and plenty of elbow room throughout. Boffo!

Solo MTB trip

Perfect location for from property mountain biking. Wildlife galore, deer, and even black bear with cubs in the yard! Bear spray provided in the cottage but felt safe and was able to just watch the action!

Cozy Cottage

We absolutely loved the cottage! It made our stay in the Springs even more enjoyable. Great amenities to include washer and dryer. Location is perfect with easy drives to many trail heads. We loved exploring the Broadmoor neighborhood as well. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the yard in the morning. So quiet, so cozy and perfect. We would definitely return and recommend!

The cutest!

I will start with the title meaning. This place is just the cutest place, so well decorated and clever with all nooks and crannies that are all part of the charm. It is so well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Location was quiet, and just so comfortable. We will definitely be back if this is available on any future trips. Good location

We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage for two days. It is well appointed, but small (really not room to spread out or have your suitcase open in the bedroom). Great location. Only issue for us was that it was quite warm inside the house, and I couldn't quite get the dryer to work right. Otherwise would reocmmend.

Cute cottage

Very pleasant and responsive host. It was very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The bedding and linens were very nice. Washer and dryer conveniently located in kitchen. Lots of Colorado literature. Host thought of everything…..bear spray, sunscreen, lotion, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, games. It is conveniently located to fun downtown and mountain adventures. We saw deer in the yard frequently.

Cheyenne Canyon hideaway

This is a great property nestled right in Cheyenne Canyon. We enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as the herd of deer each morning. The amenities were perfect, wonderful kitchen as well as laundry so our return home was not overloaded with chores. We did not take full advantage of the patio and fire pit, but maybe next time. We don't do well with doing NOTHING, which this location would be perfect for. The library had a good selection and games for several age ranges. We would absolutely stay here again if it's available on our next CS trip.

Excellent choice for a wonderful Colorado vacation!

We wanted a base location that offered a bit of everything and boy does this Cottage deliver! Quiet, peacful neighborhood shared with small deer (nice!) located close to shopping, food, tourist destinations, and of course, the Rockies! Just minutes from Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Lower Gold Camp road, and more! We were able to do many day trips into the mountains and be back before dark each day. Close to Cripple Creek/Victor - be certain to ride the narrow gage train and eat at Gold Camp Cafe! Cottage was comfy and clean - great shower and wonderful bed, too! This property is well cared for and it shows. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great week! Recommended!
