Beautiful and charming two bedroom, two bath bungalow, Iocated in the heart of the Historic Old Northend. Walking distance to Colorado College and Downtown shops and restaurants. Plentiful off- street parking is available.
Beautifully landscaped with a very private fenced backyard for family gatherings and entertaining. Complete gourmet kitchen with an island and breakfast nook. Two bedrooms with queen size beds can sleep four. The upper level full bath features an oversized marble shower with clear glass enclosure Cozy sunroom off the living room, and an office/den that looks into the backyard. Lower level family room with 45” flat screen TV. Stacked full-size washer and dryer is in the 2nd full bath which is located on the lower level. Wonderful home and location for family gatherings. Host owners are close by.

Beautiful Bungalow in Old North End

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very well located and beautiful appointed, with everything you could possibly need. The Owners were helpful and responded immediately to a minor issue we had. We would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent accommodation

This is a lovely, comfortable house! Everything was well provided for. We loved the back patio and had breakfast there every morning. There was even a delicious coffee cake to welcome us on our arrival!

Amazing property!

We had the best stay at this amazing bungalow! The location was perfect, fantastic neighborhood, very comfortable beds, awesome decor and fully stocked with absolutely everything you could need. Greg and Lonnie were so helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this property!

Second stay as delightful as the first

The house is comfortable and spacious with a great kitchen and patio. The neighborhood is pleasant and pretty with easy access to anyplace you’re going to want to visit. The owners are lovely and friendly. Highly recommended.

Wonderful home in downtown Colorado Springs

Beautiful home close to everything

We had a wonderful stay and the property is gorgeous! Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided, beds are super comfortable, garden/backyard is an absolute zen haven, and the home is located close to tons of great restaurants and shopping and 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in great location.

We had a great stay at 15E. The house has a lot of interesting touches. The kitchen had essentials for cooking so we were able to do a grocery run and make two good dinners, one using the gas grill. Great location for runners/walkers right near beautiful greenway trail.

Super cute property. Very clean. Many options for seating areas, etc. Great outside spaces when weather is nice. Kitchen well equipped. Only feedback would be for the owners to consider adding some kid friendly chips! Would stay here again.

Perfect getaway in the Old North End

We genuinely enjoyed our time at 15E! The perfect setting to entertain family. We utilized every room in the bungalow, from the beautiful living room and dining area, to the sunroom for coffee, the fabulous kitchen and outdoor grilling area. Two nice sized bedrooms, with a shared bathroom/ shower. The owners were very gracious and made us feel right at home. I sure hope they are available the next time we visit the Springs!! Highest recommendations!!

Perfect and charming location!

We were in town for AF Academy graduation and other activities…it was a charming location with easy access to everything we needed! The house was super clean and quite comfortable. The owners had the Keurig coffee stocked and a lovely coffee cake waiting from a popular Dutch bakery, we so appreciated that extra touch as we got in late our first night! We hope to be able to come back and explore more!! Thank you!

Lovely in every way

We loved our stay at this beautiful comfortable cottage. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The house is immaculate, comfortable, well appointed and well stocked. The outdoor area is lovely. The owners were kind, communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is gorgeous and walkable with beautiful homes and large open streets and sidewalks. Great location close to town. We really can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Wonderful Weekend

We were in town for our child’s parents weekend at CC. Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect distance to the school and downtown. House is in great shape. Wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms. Modern kitchen and great backyard . Will definitely try and stay again if it’s free when we come back.

Excellent home in lovely area

A beautiful property in a quiet location. Every room is completed to a high standard and the house is stocked with all you need. The tv room, laundry and second bathroom are downstairs but it works well as the living areas on the ground floor are spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The sun room in particular is lovely for a morning coffee. Nothing negative to say and highly recommended.

Perfect oasis

We stayed in this beautiful home while visiting our son and daughter-in-love. We loved everything about it. It is so well stocked with all the things you could possibly need. Lots of towels in both bathrooms. The kitchen was filled with everything you could imagine for cooking and baking and even serving. The outdoor area was enjoyed as we still had really warm weather. The property managers/hosts were so quick to answer any questions we had. We got in late the first night but it was beautifully lit for us. The neighborhood was so charming and we felt very safe there. Also, really enjoyed the coffee cake! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

wonderful little house in the Old Northend

We arrived after dark and the house was lit and the lock box was easy to open. We were greeted by soft cozy lighting and welcomed beds. We spent a lot of time on the back patio as well as the enclosed front porch. Greg and Lonnie were easy to get ahold of and they left us a delicious coffee cake that we enjoyed in the mornings. The location was perfect. We walked the neighborhood all the way to downtown. The Lime scooters were easy to find, we used them to go to The Tasty Freeze and the grocery store. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay in Colorado Springs

After much research and based on previous reviews we booked this house for our family of 4 summer trip to CS. It did not disappoint! The house was perfect for us. Our girls loved the downstairs area. It had everything we needed to cook our Hello Fresh meals we brought along. The hosts left us a welcome note and delicious coffee cake on arrival. The house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The back patio has a retractable awning that we loved. Ate our dinner outside on the patio two nights! Thank you Greg and Lonnie for opening up your home to us! We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous VRBO

When we drove up, we were so surprised the house looked just like the picture. Inside was the same way! Loved the furnishings and how it looked like someone actually lived there. I love how this historic home has been modernized, but still had the integrity of the age of the home. Original door knobs, door latches, lovely squeaky wood floors. The back yard looked like an English garden. Landscaping was so nice. I can’t say enough about how much we loved this property. Felt right at home when we first walked in. Hope to come back to Colorado Springs again next summer. We will definitely rent this property again. This is a house that has had a lot of TLC.
