  • Welcome to this lovely 4 bedroom/2 bath Single Family home in Southern Colorado Springs! Minutes to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the renown Broadmoor Luxury Resort. 15 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs. This sunny and  spacious home accommodates a total of 10 people. @ bedrooms and 1 bath on the main level (ground level) with the kitchen, dining area, living room. In the basement are 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom and a large family room! Relax with your family in the private backyard with a BBQ after a day of sightseeing. Dogs welcome with a pet fee! Sleeps 10 people and we have a Pack n Play in addition for your baby/toddler. Washer and Dryer and 2 car garage!
