"The check-in was very poor as Wendy took a long time , gave off a vibe that she was displeased with us and only spoke with my wife. When we had problems with the room key not functioning, she told us that we had not closed the door correctly. When we mentioned that the water temperature in the shower cycled on its own from hot to cold to hot we were told how to operate the handle as if we had never used a shower before It also seems that security for strangers using elevators is also lax. "This hotel is well located, and has on-site parking which is a rarity around there. The staff were friendly, most especially the valet who does a wonderful job and seems to genuinely enjoy doing it. Room was good. I found near the entrance had a strong perfume smell, but was fine once you got past that. Other than that, they didn't seem to do anything about people smoking right outside (ironically right in front of the no smoking signs). I found I was allergic to whatever they wash the towels in, and ended up having to use my travel towel, but I'm in no way holding it against them, that's a total niche just me problem. Despite that, I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to others, and would consider staying again. "
