"Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. The house itself is well appointed -- the bedrooms are all very comfortable with good AC and plenty of storage; the fridge is large and gas range was great for cooking the nights we stayed in. "My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful villa and didn’t want to leave. Feroza is a wonderful host, very kind, she left us eggs from her own hens, marmalade made from the fruit of her own trees, homemade cake and she was very helpful. The location right on the lake is amazing, and the view of the mountains I will never forget, the villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday. We had our two daughters with us (19 and 25), the bedrooms were a little tight, but we understood that would be the case when we booked. The check-in process was a bit tedious (first time I've had to send pictures of the water and electric meter before and after a stay). Kostenfreie Parkgelegenheiten (öffentlich) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, wir hatten zu keiner Tageszeit Probleme.Die Lage ist für Ausflüge entlang des Westufers nach Norden und Süden ideal. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit - neben italienisch spricht sie sehr gut englisch, zur Not hilft auch ihre Schwester, die...

"Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ordentlich, sauber und gemütlich! Allerdings keine Aussicht!!! Wer keine Koffer schleppen kann hat Schwierigkeiten da die letzten Meter zur Unterkunft am besten nur über die Treppe zu erreichen ist. Nur wer ein „sehr“ kleines Auto hat kann unter sehr schwierigen Umständen vorfahren. Der Eingang durch Heizungsraum und Waschküche stört mich nicht. Der Telefonkontakt war sehr freundlich also gerne wieder wenn ich in Lugano zu tun habe!"

"Leider lag die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße von Como nach Bellagio. Den ganzen Tag donnerte der Verkehr vorbei, was sehr laut war. Dadurch war die Terrasse nur bedingt nutzbar. Abends und nachts war es relativ ruhig. Außerdem war von der Wohnung aus kein Geschäft, Restaurant etc. zu Fuß erreichbar. Man musste immer mit dem Auto irgendwo hinfahren und am Ankunftsort war das Problem, dass man meistens kein Parkplatz fand. In der Wohnung war die Badewanne nicht nutzbar, da irgendetwas...

"Clean very convenient, close to restaurants. Spacious, has kitchen. Staff are very attentive. Feel like more air b&b with on site staff. Paid extra for lake view, not sure really need it, most of the time, we spent on lake side area with excellent view and scenery. "
