"Check-in was very kind. The young man at the reception was very accommodating and pleasant. The room was excellent and I had asked for a microwave and he made sure that we had one. Excellent experience. Woukd stay there again."

"Our room had no heat. We shivered all night. When we complained to front desk, the maintenance man said he knew about lack of heat in that room. He said, and I paraphrase, “ I did what (name)said to do yesterday, but it didn’t work.”. So, someone knew room was uninhabitable , but it was rented anyway. Terrible breach of good business practice. Front desk re-funded us 10%. What a farce. With such an essential aspect of the room being so deficient, all other issues are irrelevant."

"Check in very slow. Given same room as someone else. Room changed but key not reprogrammed meaning 3 trips to reception. Parking easy. Good breakfast although service a bit slow. "
