Super friendly staff at check in and throughout the stay. Vicky was extra helpful at check in. Convenient pool hours. Little extra touched like coffee, hot chocolate and soup available. We missed breakfast at it finishes early - 9:30 am. Clean room and well appointed. Tons of signage to prompt you on the hotel culture.

Overall our stay was good, nice clean room, daughter (8) enjoyed the pool, breakfast was good. However, when I looked at the receipt when we left, I noticed that staff had charged us 15% tax on top of the total Expedia total price as booked. Due to the dishonesty, I will not stay here agsin, which is a shame because it was an exceptional hotel that was terrific in every other aspect.
