"Good location and close to a lot of things. Some furnishings were cute, but some were worn (couch). Nice size rooms. 2 double beds that I would suggest for only 1 person in each of those rooms. Nice kitchen with nice amount of pans and utensils. Overall, we had a good stay. "

"The apartment itself was clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout our entire stay, which made it quite unpleasant.The neighboring unit left trash outside their door the entire time, and one night when we returned, the neighbor and his friends were outside smoking weed and quickly scattered when they saw us, which felt unsettling.The exterior of the property was also poorly maintained, with beer bottles, cans, and trash scattered around, giving it an unkempt and uncomfortable feel.Although the inside initially appeared clean, we did see four roaches during our stay, which was extremely concerning and unacceptable.My son recently moved to Rock Hill, and we were hoping to find a place we could return to when visiting. Unfortunately, this will not be one of them."
