Upgraded me to a better room when my neighbor had a dog that was constantly barking. The staff member who took care of the situation was very professional and thoughtful. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Hot options, not just continental. A lot of the furniture and carpet was tired, and there was art missing from the walls. I think this property could use a refresh.

This was a quick stay for a wedding. Staff was extremely nice at checking in and out. Pool was closed but we didn’t have time to use it. Breakfast was okay. Only draw back was the smell of smoke when we entered our room but didn’t want to complain as we were tired from wedding festivities.

The hotel was very good, with a clean room and bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, and the gentleman working in the breakfast area was very polite and helpful, providing great service. The housekeeping staff was also attentive and did an excellent job throughout my stay. The only aspect I did not like was that, although the hotel advertises itself as non-smoking, people were smoking right outside the entrances and exits. While I understand that a completely smoke-free property may not be feasible, I would recommend moving the designated smoking area much farther away from the doors. Unfortunately, secondhand smoke affects more than just the people who choose to smoke and can impact the comfort and health of other guests as well.

Overall, we had a decent stay because the staff was friendly & helpful. The pool was small & there was a gas smell. The room smelled like an ashtray & housekeeping never came. The breakfast was good with the normal options at a contintental breakfast.

The room was clean, and the staff were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. The only inconvenience was the 4th-floor elevator button when going down, it wasn’t working, so we had to call the front desk to have someone send the elevator up. Other than that, everything was great, and I had a pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.
