"The hotel is very dated. Peeling wallpaper etc. The air conditioning took forever to cool off the room. The television only worked half the time. The food was not great. The staff was friendly. Only chose this hotel due to it location to a place we were going. Would not stay again."

"What I loved about this place was the room and the location. The beds were so comfortable. Room was spacious with area for guests. The shower was hard to get out of because it felt so good. And if you want to have easy access to downtown Charlotte, it's right outside the door. Valet parking was expensive is my only complaint."
