Upon arrival the hotel staff was very courteous, attentive and welcoming. Our check-in process was speedy. Upon arriving to the room, it was spacious and had all amenities as described online! The room and bed were clean and the bathroom was clean as well. The soaps and shampoos were filled and all of the toiletries were in order! Parking wasn't free within the facilities parking garage but my vehicle was taken care of! No complaints at all! Would stay here again, especially when attending concerts or games at the Spectrum Center.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful with recommendations. I even commented to several of the staff members that their hospitality made me want to move to Charlotte. Our room was immaculate and had the best view.
