The apartment features a queen-sized bed and a comfortable twin-sized cot, ideal for a restful stay. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch balcony with a lovely bird's-eye view.
Prime location, conveniently close to all
1. Please place all garbage in wastebasket.
2. No loud music after 10:00pm
3. No cooking with very aromatic seasonings, such as curries
4. Please wash any dishes, cups, pots and pans and put them away
5. Clean and wash coffee pot and filter.
6. Please mop or sweep any spills
7. NO SMOKING indoors.
8. If you have a pet with you, please clean any hair left behind. If there is excessive hair/fur found, you may be charged a fee.
9. Early or late Check ins may be requested 24 hours prior upon availability. For each extra hour requested, there is a $25.00 fee. No requests less than 24 hours prior.

Worst Stay Ever at a short term rental!!!

It was dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned. Filthy bathtub. Bed was short sheeted with dirt all around Door handles and jams were filthy as was floor. Cigarettes in ashtray on balcony. Mini blinds were falling apart. Neighborhood did not look or feel safe. We will never stay with this owner or Vrbo again!!!.

Would Return

Small unit but plenty big for a couple and well equipped with food prep and eating utensils/cookware. Thankful that people in adjoining units were quiet but do bring earplugs because train frequently passes nearby, however doesn’t blow horn.

When we got to the house it is a two story house broken up into 4 separate apartments. There was not other lock on the door other than the key pad entry. The void between the door frame and door allows you to see parts of the hall through the crack. Part of the ceiling was starting to flake paint due to what looks like water damage seeping down from the roof. The wall next to oven/stove has bubbling paint due to the same issue on three sides. Parking is available in their driveway but you have to pull in so you do not block anyone. So if you are there first someone can block you in. Walking into the room you can notice the slant of the house as the fridge is leaning into the wall it is on. Last, the house is extremely old so you can hear everything from other tenants or outside. Had I known the state of the place, I would have chosen a different VRBO or went to a hotel for the extra $50 it would have cost. It did the job for one night, but if it was longer you better believe I would have cancelled and went to a hotel.

Great location but needs update. Parking availability poor.

A bit on the shabby side. Needs updating overall. Parking availability lacking or inconvenient. Great location for our purposes in Lakewood area. Apartment door lock sticks and very uneasy to open and close. Need to inform tenants of narrow and steep stairs leading to upstair units.
