Recent Reviews in Patong Beach

Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful hotel and great location. Very family friendly which was good as it rained heavily during the first two days of our trip, but the staff were approachable, friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommend"

Phuket Graceland Resort And Spa

10/10 Excellent

"We had a lovely stay at Graceland Resort & Spa. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, and the whole property was very clean and well maintained. Our room was clean, the pools were well looked after, and there were plenty of sun loungers available. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food and strong coffee. There are two breakfast areas, one busier than the other, and we always chose the quieter dining room, which we loved. Room service until midnight was a real bonus, especially when you wanted something to eat without heading out. The burgers were also very good! The pool bar was great, too. Staff don’t usually come around to the sun loungers to take drink orders, so you need to head to the bar yourself. Personally, I didn’t mind this, although it might depend on what you prefer. I also had a pool-view room, which I would definitely recommend if you can get one. The view makes the stay that little bit more special. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. With its fantastic beachfront location, clean facilities, lovely breakfast and relaxing pool areas, Graceland is somewhere I’d happily stay again."

Paradox Resort Phuket

8/10 Good

"The Paradox resort is very well located within proximity to Karon beach, shops, bars amd restaurants. Our room was upgraded to the penthouse suite which is very spacious and it even has a mini pool on the roof. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain the first day and there were several leaks from the ceiling and sliding door that made it a bit uncomfortable. We contacted the front desk and they offered to move us to another room but with all the rain going on, we decided to just stay in the same room. The staff was gracious to bring plenty of towels to absorb the water and replenished them often. I was also granted a late check out on our last day that was very convenient since we were catching a later flight to go home. The food was excellent including the breakfast buffet and in room dining menu offered a variety of dishes. The pool and surrounding areas were well maintained also. Overall the staff and services were very attentive however the property needs some updates. I would stay here again but in a different room."

Chanalai Garden Resort, Kata Beach

10/10 Excellent

"Daisy and Irish were both very friendly staff. They made sure that our stay was great, always asking what they could help us with. The interaction with them gave us info what the area offers, entertainment and food, what to watch out for regarding safety. Look for them if you are staying in Chanalai Garden Resort. They did above and beyond customer service."
