"The staff at HSC is absolutely the BEST! From the moment we arrived, Thomas (General Manager) and Luka (Night Manager) made us feel completely welcome. Thomas personally walked us to our room and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. Later that evening, Luka came by to adjust our heat and even went above and beyond—personally walking us to a nearby restaurant that was still open and making sure we were taken care of. If you’re staying overnight before a cruise, I couldn’t recommend this property more highly. They offer a luxury shuttle service directly to the port, and our driver was thoughtful, friendly, and professional. A truly exceptional stay—five stars all the way! 🌟 "
