"Love the layout of the house! Has so much potential. That said - my comments are not to be mean but to help. My family owned a business and we always said - can’t fix something if we don’t know it needs fixing!Feel kingsize mattress should be updated or maybe have a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Housekeeping could be better. Some white spots on black curtains in bedroom. Front window curtains / 1 panel was on backwards. Could use a nicer fry pan in kitchen. Could use kitchen towels. I’m old - wash dishes by hand. Fan was used in one of the bedrooms - blades dirty. Really appreciated having off street parking. Front porch wonderful! Did not use exercise equipment, washer/dryer, or hot tub so can’t comment there. "

"Excellent stay overall however there is always room for improvement. I was not allowed to park my pickup with the trailer attached, the laundry machines were funky and I slipped on ice in the parking lot and cut my hand trying to catch myself "

"The house was beautiful and cozy. Up-to-date and with plenty of comfy amenities, but not reno'ed into soullessness. Lots of great art around the house! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and down to the St. Vrain creek path. Thanks very much for a nice place to stay!"
