"This was an excellent getaway near historic Folsom. We stayed 5 nights. Even though it's part of a duplex, only the garages connect, so you never hear the neighbors. One of the living room windows looks out to one of the nicer historic homes. The location was perfect to branch out to surrounding areas. As for the house itself, pretty much everthing you needed was available. (We loved the Keurig Duo!) As mentioned in the description, only 2 blocks from the historic Main street. You can walk down...

"We were attending an event in Murieta, and the house was very continently located for us to go back and forth. We were really only there to sleep, but it was perfect for us. The house was clean, easy to find, had planets of space, its conveniently located very near a Sprouts grocery store, an ice cream shop, and not far from a shopping center with a Starbucks, Raley’s, etc. Great communication from the host!, "

"First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...

"We had a great stay! The property was clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, and communication with the hosts was smooth and helpful. My family really enjoyed their time here. "We stayed over the holiday weekend for a convention. The host was truly wonderful. Communication was easy and so quick to reply. As for the property, the only negative, and it wasn’t even a negative was a conversation worker was double parked so I couldn’t see the property address.
