"We were in a tiny room just across from the main desk. There was hallway/lobby noise at all hours and the bed was too firm to be comfortable."

"The Internet was great, but charging people for doing laundry at a Residence Inn, which offered home-like conveniences, seemed very disappointing! Also, for breakfast, having fresh bagels, rather than cold from a freezer or fridge, would certainly be way more appetizing! I wasn't a fan of the chunky eggs either, or lack of potatoes! Improving the quality of your products would go a long way, which I find inedible currently! I'd even pay extra to have fresh oj rather than drink that horrible concentrate machine mix!!! "
