They went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and easy as possible. They had thought through all the details that make things extra special. "Clean room, not the most modern rooms but given they run at a high occupancy they were in great condition. Bathroom clean, lots of towels and hand/ body soap, only gripe was the toilet paper holder was what you would see in a public toilet. Staff - amazing, kiosks wouldn’t work upon arrival and checked everyone in swiftly. I didn’t eat on site but it was so busy I strongly recommend if you are staying pre-book. Check out was smooth, quick and again so friendly! "

"Victoria keeps the house immaculately clean and is decorated to a high standard. Everything we needed was in our room, she even brought a fresh jug of milk for our tea and coffee. The breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her. We could not find fault in anything. Throughly recommend."
