People from the shops below were even trying to help me contact them. Finally Expedia customer service helped find me another place to stay, which was thankfully nearby, nicer and less expensive. "O prédio é mt bonito! No início levei um susto qdo disseram q eles ñ trabalhavam com o Hoteis.com há 3 anos! Mas, depois, localizaram minha reserva. Fora este susto, o atendimento foi mt bom. Alguns detalhes precisam ser melhorados, principalmente, no banheiro: Vazamento de água no box para o restante do banheiro; a localização do papel higiênico (molha); a torneira da pia estava solta e tb a falta de uma saboneteira (infelizmente, comum no Peru e Equador)."
