"On Arrival, We were a little early, room was not ready, but for us that was ok did not expect it to be, Rachel at the desk informed me that due to being a valuable member she was upgrading our room to the 24th floor harbor view, and would contact us when it was ready. We went for something to eat, at around 3.30 told us our room was ready, when we got to the desk we were placed on the 21st floor city view, you cannot say one thing then do another. Breakfast had was fairly good, lots of choices, my only problem there was the guy on the egg station seemed panicked, he seemed like he was confused, hence over easy eggs hard. i think there is not enough staff to service the dinning room. "

"This is a heritage hotel and as such has some great memorabilia and photos around the walls. the Staff were helpful and we managed to get in a couple of hours before our scheduled Check-In. Breakfast is good value at $10 for a Continental and $18 for a Full."

"We stay at the Four Seasons Sydney every year for Christmas and it never disappoints, the rooms are very well appointed and maintained, location is fab and we enjoyed morning walks of Sydney harbour and we always get the club included and love that too. Can’t wait to be back this year."

"Staff were amazing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated as VIPs. Early check in - of course, late check out - absolutely. Room very spacious. Beds extremely comfortable. Bathroom beautiful and clean. Would 100% recommend. Location was perfect. 7 min walk to Circular Key. 5 min walk to shopping district A special shout out to Clifford and Willem who were the friendliest front men I’ve had the pleasure to come across. Look forward to returning"

"Only one chair with a large table in a family room. Would be good to have at least 2 chairs. Bathroom was great, room very clean and good amount of space. Reception staff could do with some further train. Pre-check in is a waste of time. "
