"Really appreciated the staff's enthusiasm to help although the follow through was a little lacking! The location is outstanding and you couldn't ask for a better located hotel. The rooms were dated but renovations were obviously underway so hope is that the rooms can be updated somewhat! There is no restaurant/food onsite but enough local options to keep you satisfied. Overall recommended as a place to stay when in Sydney!"
