"A great place to stay for exploring Arenal and La Fortuna. The views from the property are stunning. A particular highlight was breakfast at the bar seating overlooking the view and a bird feeder that attracted so many beautiful birds."

"I loved this property. The free guided walks are amazing. I saw sleeping frogs and humming birds and learned so much about the plant life and also the history of the lodge. Edward was a great guide! The breakfast was tasty and the room was immaculate. My kids appreciated the pool. I just loved walking the grounds and the view from the restaurant. Fantastic place and would recommend a stay here."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay! It felt like we were right in the jungle. Our host set up a couple of great tours for us. I grew up in a rural area so the road to the house was not difficult, although the recommendation for a 4 wheel drive was appropriate."

"The dome suite was most unusual and quirky. Large comfortable bed with integrated storage in the unique bamboo head board. Lovely and totally private outdoor space, perfect for watching the birds and immersing oneself into the sounds of nature. Very eco conscious lodge which treads lightly with regards to it's carbon foot print Great tasting, mainly vegetarian dishes with most ingredients fresh from the farm. Lots of animals and birds to see on the trails including sloth,howler monkeys and the most beautiful birds. We can only recommend it. "
