"The apartment we were directed to was the suite nor the palace but we were in no way disappointed. Very good location and certainly more spacious than the two of us needed but the added kitchen was outstanding. The staff was kind and helpful and communications were perfect. Only small word of caution the stairs are a thing"

"This was the best hotel I've probably ever stayed at. The service alone and all of the staff members were impeccable, and the concierge had the best recommendations for us and arranged our dinner reservations on our behalf, which were perfect. Big shoutout to Nicola at the front desk! The design of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, whoever was in charge of the renovations did a fabulous job, and the location was super convenient and safe. Highly recommend, I will definitely be staying here...

"I had a lovely stay at this beautiful B&B. Ideal location for the Vaporetto stop at Fondamente Nove and only a 10-15 min walk to Rialto. The room was very comfortable and quiet so I had no problems sleeping. The owner is friendly and helpful and provides a good continental breakfast. If I come back to Venice and I fully intend to I would love to stay at this B&B again."

"My wife and I enjoyed two nights at 312 Piazza San Marco. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and very close to all main attractions. Asela was very hospitable and welcoming. He arranged quick transportation on several occasions and a tour of a Murano glass factory. We would highly recommend this hotel!"
