The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. The only problem was parking. The garage was limited on spots and very tight going in and out.

Parking price went up unfortunately from the last time I stayed at this hotel, not their lot owned garage, but they should invest for their guests that are staying their. Other than that.... great stay.

Cool place in a wonderful location. Bathroom door super annoying. Fogged glass door lights up room and wakes everyone up, if one uses the lights in the bathroom at night.

While everything about the property was convenient and clean, walking distance to shopping and food; the front desk could’ve done a better job at explaining the parking situation better. It was stated in the itinerary I would have parking fee with in/out privileges, but not on the exception that we take our ticket inside the hotel to have it validated. Ended up paying more than u should have because this wasn’t explained to us at the front desk. Over all the stay was nice.

Parking garage is safe and easy. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Location is awesome. Service is not what it was...there's some passive aggression at the front desk by some not all; and if they overbook, the inconvenience falls on the guests which is unacceptable.

The hotel is in the best location because we wanted to watch swim meets in UChicago and also explore the city. This hotel is 6 miles away to UChicago but there is no bad traffic at all. It is only a few miles to downtown taking CTA red-line in daytime was not bad. It has its own parking deck of $30 per night directly go in/out of hotel no need to be walking on the street. The total spending is still lower than other hotels in downtown or Hyde Park. There are also plenty of good authenticated Chinese restaurants and Chinese culture sites to visit.
