The hotel is very well located, close to downtown Chicago and the Magnificent Mile. The breakfast was great and reasonably priced. The staff, including the front desk, restaurant, and valet teams, were very friendly and attentive. The only downside was the very loud AC, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion is a bar to assist getting in/out of the bathtubs. The side of the tub is very high. Other than that the room was perfect.

The bar was closed for the days we were there. There was a dinning room but only had a buffet so you couldn’t get items to take to your room. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The worst thing was, they were on strike the whole time and it was very noisy in front of the main door.

they provide free water bottles and is located near a nice shopping area, all within 10-15 minute walk of major sightseeing and tourist spots. the room was comfortable and spacious i definitely would stay here again if i come by chicago again

Comfortable beds, good shower. Older hotel but well built so, it was quiet in our room for sleeping. Room was a bit small. Comfortable for our Chicago trips to visit friends, we spend no time in room except to sleep and shower, so it is perfect for us.
