Property is so convenient as it is right in the city centre and there is easy access to everything in walking distance

Generally clean room with modern bathroom. Decor is dated and feels like a cheap do up of an aging property, condition of room not great with wall linings peeling or damaged. No advance notice given that this property is in a major construction zone so terribly noisy, this included a planned power cut which was only advised by a note under the door on the day it was happening. All added to a disappointing and underwhelming experience. Rates aren’t reflective of the general quality and standard of the hotel, they are too expensive! It will be good when Invercargill has more new hotels that will drive competition and a better experience for customers.
