Great hotel for nearby conventions. They have a lot of parking, which is usually free thanks to their partnership with expedia at this time. It is about a 3-5 minute walk to the convention center nearby. Clean and spacious rooms.

The best I have seen for airport stayover. I am a 1.6 million miler. Clean and high quality Sterns & Foster bed. Minor isses: The road noise passes through the closed windows. No free water bottles in the room.

My stay at the Loews Hotel in Rosemont, Illinois, was an absolutely delightful experience, made even more special by their pet-friendly policy. The moment my furry companion and I walked through the doors, we were welcomed warmly by the staff, who treated my pet as a valued guest. The hotel provides thoughtful amenities for pets, including comfortable beds, bowls, and even special treats, ensuring our four-legged friends enjoy their stay as much as we do. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and provide a comfortable environment for both humans and pets. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, with no sign that it is a pet-friendly facility, except for the happy faces of pets and their owners around. Beyond the pet-friendly aspect, the hotel boasts a fantastic location, close to a variety of entertainment and dining options, perfect for exploring Rosemont. Nice hotel, walking distance to Chicago outlet, my only issue that I was told while checking in that I am an VIP Expedia member for that I don’t have to pay for the parking lot, when I checked out they refused to validate the ticket!

I did not like the lack of signage. The airport shuttles beeped their horn at me and I observed them do this to other drivers. I was told to park in the fire lane so the airport shuttles could pull up under the awning. Seems those flying in to Chicago are preferential to those who drove in to Chicago. The room was also hot. Housekeeping staff was wonderful. Oh! They also had trouble locating a room for us when we had reservations.

Hotel is fine but we checked in and were given a room with one bed despite our reservation for a double queen room. We tried to call downstairs but the phone didn’t work. We went back to front desk and were given a different room with barely an apology. We then went to the second room, which again had only one bed. I told my disgusted to sit and watch TV while my husband went down and worked it out - it was very late and we were all tired. The TV was broken and said no feed available. Finally the third attempt we got a room with two beds but the front desk person barely acknowledged the mistake. So strange for an airport busy hotel with systems in place .

Even if its close to the airport this property was very quiet. Very nice staff and loved our comfy bed very much. We will come back and stay in this facility again. Or we will try to stay at Loews evrywhere we travel. My husband and I had a very good experience.

Our stay was amazing! The room and facility was clean, checkin was quick and painless, and the shuttle to the airport was efficient! We’ve stayed there before and we enjoyed it then as well so we had to come back.
