Old property's older tower has unrepaired problems: poor TV reception, poor heating system, running toilet. Newer tower is better. Staff is kind, friendly, accommodating. But attempts at repairing TV reception and heating system in older tower failed. Last straw there was the running toilet that would not flush. Room transfer was granted upon request. Breakfast food is ample: scrambled eggs are great; bagles and pancades are mediocre.

It was such a nice hotel for being outside of the Chicago area. Great hospitality and a nice restaurant/bar. Good food and a nice pool and hot tub area. Would definitely recommend to others traveling to Chicago.
