We had a nice time but was a little disappointed when we were told the bar/restaurant was closed until further notice. We were looking forward to room service. The it mentioned the "wellness" pool was heated but it wasnt that warm. There also ended up being Ants in our room.
The cost of the rooms were a little pricey, no complimentary breakfast, we were not offered vouchers. Another group that stayed there were given vouchers.

Went for a mini get away we both enjoyed the stay yes had some minor issues but nothing major just got locked out of our room twice hehe but definitely would book again in the near future definitely recommend it to others

I was charged $50 extra without explanation. I guess it is a deposit. But the check in staff was supposed to tell me what she's charging for and how much it will be. The conversation between the staff and me moved to different topic, and I forgot to ask what the charge was for.
It wasn't pleasant experience.

Property was nice, quiet, and clean. Lobby is cozy and comfortable with a nice bar and bar menu. Ample parking and the pool is great. Check in was quick and easy. What we didn’t like: coffee was never made- even when we asked for the dispenser to be refilled. The pillows were too soft and flimsy.
This place continues to deteriorate. Very disappointed that a MARRIOTT property is in more disrepair than economy brand hotels like red roof inn; which is where I’ll be staying my next trip to visit Mom.
The building, property and room were clean and in excellent condition. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. I would recommend Four Points by Sheraton in Buffalo Grove, IL to others.
The staff was very friendly, especially the kitchen staff. The breakfast bar was incredible. There was something for everyone with different food preference.
Great hotel! Nothing super special (a little outdated) but very quiet, safe, and clean. Rose at the front desk is such a QUEEN, so, so, so kind. Rooms are super spacious & beds are comfy.
