All was good with the property. The only thing that I disagree with is having to ask for kitchen items from the front desk. An extended stay should have the items already in the kitchen. The guest shouldn't have to ask for the items in my opinion...

We flew in from California for my sons Navy graduation. We arrived around midnight. Check in was easy and the lady was very nice and helpful. We got to our room and everything looked good until my 5 year old needed to use the restroom. I was shocked to say the least. Fecal matter splatter on the toliet lid and underneath the lid. It was so late my husband had to clean it. What made matters worse was next morning my husband went to speak to the manager about it and he actually jumped down my husbands throat saying he personally checked it prior to arrival and it was clean. The lady at check in had to run up to our room to see if the room was vacant before giving us that room.We have absolutely no reason to make something up like this. The guy was so worried about us leaving a bad review and actually brought in race about the lady that helped us when we checked in. Uhh no we had no intentions on leaving any review. But after this I had to. What was most upsetting is he didn’t offer to come look it to send a maid. It was all about us writing a bad review on him, So 3 days and not once did we have anyone come clean the room. Not once! This is 2nd time staying at a extended stay of America and sadly my last. Do better and trust that not everyone is lying. That was disgusting and awful to have to clean. I did take photos also

Hairy with no elevator.
Mostly clean except for hair all over the bathroom. Elevator was broke and a 3rd floor room sucked because of it. They should put things like that on the website.

Stayed at this hotel as an alternative to Super 8 across the street. We normally stay there b/c it is close to Six Flags. The Super 8 reviews were terrible, therefore we looked for an alternative. Rooms clean, but sink clogged for our stay rm (306), Surprised NO coffee maker or coffee in rooms! The noise from the Hwy kept all three of us up. And for one night the people next room were loud! Manager had to come and tell them to turn down the noise. Surprised did not have coffee "all" day in reception area. Close to Olive Garden, Crackle Barrell and a Speedway. One light down from Six Flags: aka convenient! Would not stay again, b/c of the price. overall rating: Good

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. BUUUUT I found trash from a previous person’s stay in my room, on the floor so I don’t feel like my room cleaned well at all. The fridge leaked a ton of water on the floor, and our toilet got clogged on first night. Don’t recommend this place at.

Not as good as old recommendations.
The venting for stoves and bathroom were not good so the smell hung around. We were unsuccessful in trying to change my reservation at the end and ended up paying for our full stay anyways

I chose this hotel because it cost less than the rest. If your looking for fancy schmancy with lots of amenities, this isn't for you. If your looking for a safe, clean, afforadable place to rest, don't hesitate. It's in a good, convenient, safe location.

The front office person did not have our reservation and the hotel was overbooked. After driving by car across the country and being late at night, we went across the street and got a room there.

Room was very old and looked nasty. There were stains on the carpet, no electrical outlet in between the beds, the elevator was very dirty also. When bringing items to my car on check out date there were two ladies at the front desk stating they saw and had a picture of a bed bug they found and killed. They wanted their money back. The lady then met up with me in the elevator and showed me the picture - sure enough was a bed bug that they put right on the hotel information sheet as proof. I want my money back too!!
