"It was a nice vacation in Chianciano Terme. Pleasant and enjoyable experience. Angelo and Moira were trying their very best to please us. And that was very, very touching. Now days the service like that is not seen very often. Taking those massage baths in swimming pools, then putting the special dirt on our bodies- is just what we have been looking forward to after such a hard year. Our next trip to Italy, if we have one again– be only for termal spa. Angelo would take us to the Terme,...

"Clean and welcoming accommodations. Great breakfast. Family run operation that is more than a home - nice break from smaller BnB’s. Good base for exploring southern part of Tuscany. "

"We booked this property with intention of having dinner the night we arrived. Unfortunately, without any prior notice from the hotel or from Expedia, we were told that the restaurant was closed for dinner, but that breakfast would be served as normal in the morning. The owners, however, were very helpful to suggest an alternative restaurant within a couple of minutes walking distance where we were able to have a pleasant dinner."

"The best part was the staff, very polite and helpful, breakfast is good as well, personally I would prefer a more modern style, the interiors and the overall design seems a bit old fashioned... but this is my personal preference. Overall it was a nice stay"

"Location is good. Price is good. But the room was not clean. I found a spider with spider net in my room. And Refrigerator didn't work. The wall in the room is very thin. There are no soundproof. It was poor sleep because of soundproof ploblem. "
