"We booked an accessible room as my husband has a disability. Even though the room was very nice, it would have been nice to have the usual disabled facilities in the bathroom such as grab bars, raised toilet seat and a wetroom level floor shower. It also didn't have an emeegrncy cord. You had to request a shower mat but it would have been more beneficial to have a slip free shower tray and more grab bars in the shower. Unfortunately my husband was not able to have a shower as he was too nervous....

"The room was a little dated, lovely corner bath but the jets weren’t working on it, no shower in the room which would have been handy. Lovely 4 poster bed, but the mattress was way too soft. Restaurant was lovely and the quality of the food was great. We used the spa and the gym the following day, the spa was very modern, great facilities and very clean."
