"Spectacular location. Charming and comfortable. The steps can be a challenge but are worth the effort."

"Well. The owner was very nice but property was being worked on. They had walls unpainted basement floor was not done so no one wanted to stay downstairs plumbing had to be readjusted two of the 5 beds upstairs caved in the middle. Also the heating only worked well in one room you had to put it at 75 so that it could be felt elsewhere but the one room would then be too hot. Should not rent out again until he fixes floors walls mirrors and beds "

"The property was exactly like the listing. We had three families staying here all together for a quick trip to Washington DC. It was easy to get into the city to visit museums and the house was close to plenty of restaurants. "

"The communication with the owner was very helpful- he researched a lot to the questions we asked about things to do with our 3 yr old granddaughter. The location was great. The place was eclectic and comfortable. some things didn't work as expected but it was clean and quiet and we found ways to work around. I would stay there again. "

"Our stay was great and really enjoyed the house. We had so much space to have our own time and then still be able to come together for meals and hanging in the hot tub. We now want to come back in the winter and go to the sledding hill right in front of the house! "
