I was worried about the lack of a dead bolt on the front door as I was a frmale travelling alone but there were no incidences that made this especially worrying. The downside was the lack of amenities. I had to purchase my own shampoo and body wash as I didn't bring any, thinking the property will have them. So please bring your own toiletries. "We have stayed at Chermside on Thomas several times. This time we had a nicely renovated room which was quite spacious compared to previous studio rooms. Lovely shower with awesome pressure. Comfy bed and nice kitchenette. The grab n go breakfast is sufficient. Undercover parking included is a bonus. Westfield shopping and bus terminal within easy walking distance. "
