"Good location that near the park, walking street in the weekend and Hoan Kiem lake. It is suitable for my trip as near Vincom Ba Trieu. Friendly staff, the car park nearby. Specially, they gave us free snacks, soft drinks and instant noodles at room. There are many shops and convenient stores around. New hotel that good for you. "

"The property and family that run it are great. I chose the property for it's quiet location after the chaos of Hanoi. Unfortunately construction work very near by was very loud during the day starting early in the morning and going on all day. Very sad for the business. They did provide ear plugs but didn't really fix the issues 🌺"
