Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Adequate but tired

A very nice and central location near shopping streets and lots of restaurants and coffee places. Adequate for a single night, the hotel feels tired as does the staff. It took 15 minutes of team work by 3 front desk staff and several phone calls to find my prepaid Expedia reservation. The room on the 11th floor was OK, the bathroom worked but was in need of renovation. Windows were very dirty on the outside, spoiling what would have been an impressive city view.
