Bed was comfortable, kitchen area good plus WM and dryer added to our stay. The problem was that we stayed in a noisey front unit and the unit/balcony had not seen a vacuum or a mop for months. Instead of management acting smartly, it was left to us to mop the unit & balcony. On the fourth day they finally lifted the bed and vacuumed the accumulated hair and dust.

Calling this a "Resort" is over selling. Place is dated with updated pool/hot tub area. Room was small for 4. Had a strange encounter when staff entering room twice without knocking, to provide bedding for the couch, and to provide a checkout checklist. Nice balcony and view of bay but need to close off the balcony due to noisy street and street lights.

We have stayed here before, so were familiar with the level of accommodation and facilities. On the whole, the room was very comfortable and contained most amenities. A hair dryer would have been helpful. The pool water temp was a little warm to be refreshing on hot days.A couple of minor repairs were noted and given to staff when we left. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Overall l, the property was very good, enjoyed the sauna spa and pool. The negatives were the road noise so had to keep door closed. Exhaust in bathroom wasn’t working and drains seem to have strong odour.

Was a little under whelmed on arrival, not enough bedding/towels to have a set for each guest. And wasn't the warmest welcome, no smiles etc. Hoowever once the linen was sorted and we jad received our key ot was good. The gym was not realy usable. The games room was vute, hidden in the basment. Pool was lovely and warm. Quiet walking distance to a wee shopping center

The resort location ideal.Facilities like sugar,tea,coffee etc.not adequate for 2 people for 2 days.Thats a bit miserly.The bed gave me a back ache however it was rectified the next day when I suggested that the mattress be turned over Problem solved.Bathroom far too tiny and can get better spaced bathroom elsewhere for the same price But overall quite satisfactory Parking excellent.

It was the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had ! I was refused entry at check in because I couldn’t provide a hard copy of the card I had paid for the room with . I had paid for the room with an electronic card to which there is no hard copy ! I even offered cash as the bond or another Visa card as bond to which I was refused both ! The told I didn’t have a booking and escorted of site ! Disspite the fact I had proof of the room being paid for in advance !

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed multiple times and they remembered me each time. My unit had plenty of space with everything I needed plus lovely water view from the balcony. Lots of places nearby to eat or have good coffee. Royal Pacific Resort is saved as a Favourite : )
