"Very centrally-located to everything in Lucerne. Self check-in was very easy and there was a self-serve storage cabinet in the hallway with extra blankets, pillows and coffee. There is a bar downstairs with music until about 10pm. I recommend this hotel!"

"This hotel was an easy 3 min walk from the train station. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable although a little warm without air-conditioning, but a fan was supplied. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of fruits, cereals, yogurt, cold meats , cheese, boiled eggs and salad, Tea and coffee was available all day. It was very handy to be able to eat bought in food in the dining room at any time. This was an ideal hotel for our stay."

"Spacious clean room with AC. That was a life saver this hot August in Lucerne!! Location is excellent and close to shops, cafes and train station. Everything within walking distance. Hotel is a self check but very easy to navigate, also has an elevator and complimentary drinks in the fridge. Would definitely stay again here!"

"The Lubo is a quick bus ride or walk from the train station. It's not hard to find and the staff at the bar/Cafe downstairs are very helpful. Check in is easy on the phone or the kiosk. The most difficult part is the stairs in the hotel and finding the room. There are a few stairs to get into the hotel and on every floor. Make sure you are not travelling with a million suitcases. I would go scout out your room first. Otherwise, for the price and location, the hotel is great. There's a mini kitchenette that we didn't use and close to everything."
