Very comfortable lodging and convenient to downtown area. We loved being across from the park and boardwalk. A good place for 4 adults, any more word be a bit tight

Good experience

Location is great, right in the middle of Charlottetown. The apartment was neat and pretty. April, our host, was very responsive as well. Enjoyed our stay overall.

Perfect Location in a historic house

We had a wonderful one-night stay. Property was close to downtown and as described. Although there was no air conditioning, we stayed cool with all of the fans. Would definitely recommend!

Nice location close to downtown. Very well equipped place. I didn’t realize when I booked there was no AC but there were plenty of fans to keep us cool.

Beautiful spot

The place was exactly as it was represented. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was nice.As stated on site, there are stairs. If you travel with someone who has difficulty with stairs, be aware that they are steep. Overall great stay with a helpful host.

Good communication during AC strike and gave cancelling option but we made the flight. Clean and comfortable but showing some wear and tear. Provided chips, pop, tea, coffee and snacks! Victorian house with unique features and within walking distance to old centre.

A visit

Place was great but the parking lot is not guaranteed per unit. I spent the first night parked on the street which never works for me.the host only addressed it for the second night.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The host was super responsive and accomodating. All the instructions were clear and the location worked really well for us! Walking distance from lots of places and having a designated parking space worked great for our rental car.It would have been 5 stars as everything was great, except one of the bedrooms had an odd smell like burning plastic we could not get to go away. The host did send over an eletrician to take a look and they didn't find anything but even with the windows open and not having anything plugged in the smell remained our whole stay. We were lucky we were only using that bedroom one night otherwise it would have been a much bigger issue as we all got headaches when we spent as extended time in the room.
