Amazing place!!
This place was located in the PERFECT spot for us! We were able to get up every morning and go for a run or walk because there’s a walking trail a street over! Dinner was walking distance away and delicious! The owners are so kind and welcoming! The house had everything you could possibly need and was insanely clean! We will be coming back to Charleston and we would absolutely choose this place again!!!

We would definitely stay here again!
We vacationed here from Alabama. The property was beautiful and clean and provided everything we needed for our time there. The hosts were very kind and quickly responded to texts for recommendations, etc. The location was convenient to everything…the beach, downtown, outlets. The only thing I would change, is to install some blinds or curtains in the bedrooms upper window. We were woken up early everyday by the sun blaring in. Overall, great stay and beautiful home!

Perfect Again!
This property is so well-maintained. We stayed here a year ago, and I fully expected that the wear-and-tear of a year’s time would show (especially in a rental), but I was pleasantly surprised to find it looking exactly the same as it did last year. It’s obvious that the owners care. Thank you for again providing us a meticulous, thoughtfully-appointed place to stay!

Great place in a great location
We were incredibly impressed with how spacious the place is. The pictures don't give you a true feel for how big the rooms are. The main living area and kitchen are well done and have everything you need. The girls loved the massive master closet and the spacious master bathroom. The balcony was the perfect spot to watch a thunderstorm roll through in the morning. The location was almost perfect, with the beach just 25 minutes, downtown Charleston just 15 minutes, and shopping & restaurants less than 10 minutes away. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, minus the neighbors dog a few times. Everyone agreed that we would love to stay here again on future trips!

Super Hosts and Accommodations!
Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and very nice and helpful hosts. Hosts answered all questions and inquiries promptly - provided recommendations for the area. The place is clean and roomy, comfy beds, lots of towels..and it is darling - modern and stylish. Easy parking. If you don't want to be right in the downtown of Charleston, this is a great central location. The hosts are very helpful and super friendly...feel more like a guest in their home than just "staying at a property" . Highly recommend and would stay there again!

First stop on trip to Asheville and Blue Ridge. Arrival delayed by storms but no problems finding apartment or gaining entrance. Apt was roomy and well equipped. Could use more indoor seating but all worked out well.

Great Family Time
A home away from home. Everything was absolutely "AMAZING". Josie and Warrick was the definition of "southern hospitality". As soon as I needed to communicated to Josie, she responded in a timely manner and was very nice and professional. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, and was in the perfect location to anything that you may be interested in doing (the beach, shopping, going into the city to the IAAM, the aquarium, "bouncy/"blowup house", movies, anything you ever want to eat you will find [even in walking distance if you don't want to drive], etc. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and made memories that I know that our son will forever and always remember for this Spring Break vacation, as his first time visiting Charleston, South Carolina.

Loved the apartment! Spacious and nicely decorated. 2 outstanding restaurants within walking distance. 4 miles from downtown! It would be a good idea to let future renters know there are 17 steps to the living area which is located over the garage. Would definitely recommend!

The location was perfect, and the place was extremely clean and well kept. Our only complaint was the strong smell coming from the garage when you enter downstairs. I think they must store an older car or gasoline inside. You couldn't smell it from upstairs in the living quarters, thankfully. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Convenient and new!
The Vrbo was just what we needed. Easily accessible to downtown, clean and almost brand new inside! Beds were comfortable and the locale was very quiet. It is right behind owners home but this was totally fine. Would highly recommend!

Great Long Weekend Retreat
This was a great place for our long weekend. It was nice and roomy which you don't always find in this area. The location was also a plus as it was close to downtown Charleston. We had a person with us that was still recovering from knee surgery, so it was a drawback that you have to climb a flight of steep stairs to get to the living area.

Beautiful home
The house is really lovely - nicely updated and well appointed. It’s easy to get to and the check-in and check-out process is a breeze. The owner is also SOOOO nice and friendly. The only thing that I wasn’t expecting is that the house is basically connected to another house and is only steps away from the owner’s house. But we still hardly saw anyone else while we were there and definitely were not bothered at all. Just a 15-minute Uber ride from downtown Charleston, so the location is convenient (without having to pay downtown prices). Highly recommend - A+++
