Didn’t have access to key or wifi code on arrival as we arrived after hours. No code was left on the welcome letter and as a result for 2 of the 3 nights stay we didn’t have wifi access. My son also nearly electrocuted after turning off a bedside lamp at the power point. The facilities were clean and nice though.

It was a bit different being in an apartment next door to permanent tenants. Would have been helpful to have salt and cooking oil and foil in the kitchen. Otherwise great spot perfect for budget conscious family

This property is certainly not a 4.2 star appartment. The floors and walls were dirty and very run down. The couch was also not overly clean and all three of us felt itchy after sittibg on it.

Nice accommodation for the price but was disappointed that the spa wasn’t hot until the afternoon and once it was it was full of noisy inconsiderate boys that obviously live in the complex who were unsupervised. They also nearly pulled the vending machine over, perhaps some more eyes on what’s happening around the place would be good.

Really had a great stay facilities were great. Only down side the gardner deciding to cut hedges at 7.15am the first morning we were there. Not the early wake up i was wanting. Other than that great stay.

We turned up to our accomodation and it was nothing like the picture showed. We understand that these units are privately owned but it was very dated.the kitchen had a broken PowerPoint with no button left to turn switch on or off, the microwave Still had the spaghetti sauce stuck to the roof , kitchen bench was broken and Buckled and the water goes under the sink. The carpet was old and dirty as was the Extra bed that we had. Good location is the only positive thing we can say.

Family-friendly, great location

Pelican Cove is a great place to stay in; it's close to the beach, the Theme Parks and shopping, has a nice pool and barbecue area and the reception staff Debbie and Daniella are awesome. The unit we stayed in was not very new but comfortable and it contained everything we needed. We also had a great water view from our balcony. Will definitely return

Quite adequate

I stayed here because I have relatives in Southport and over the long weekend it was the only thing available with 2 bedrooms that was in my price range. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture could do with an update but I didnt really spend much time in the unit. Everything worked and was in good order.

Nice Hotel great for families

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our boys loved it. Awesome for fishing - Wharf right at your doorstep, beach 2mins walk. Heated pools at night. Apartment was spacious. Staff are lovely. Definitely returning.

Comfortable apartment living

Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Surfers to get away from it all, but close enough to commute in to enjoy. Swimming pools, spa, barbecue and tennis court available. A 1minute walk to the harbourside, great beach for the young family.

Apartments are a good size and okay condition. Aircon only in living area though and not adequate to cool the room. No aircon in bedrooms so unbearably hot and uncomfortable. Some apartments are bought by locals, so did not have that 'holiday feel'.
