We had an urban facing room just a few steps above ground level, and the noise level at night made it very difficult to sleep. Lot of people hanging out until 2–3 AM right outside our room. It has such character with its courtyard and winding hallways, the room I had was spacious and clean and the AC was amazing after a hot day out at the beaches! The service from the staff was top notch, they treat you like family not like another hotel guest! Its location is also hard to beat! Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice and constant coffee refills . Great way to start the day. The hotel is in an ideal location around 10 mins walk to the old town. Such a nice walk in too. If you’re driving then the hotel is located not far from the main highway road that goes through all of Crete. Really handy!"
